If you are not receiving emails from a specific user, there are several potential reasons and troubleshooting steps you can take:

    1. Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, emails can be incorrectly classified as spam. Make sure to check your Spam or Junk folder to see if the emails from the specific sender are there.
    2. Safe Senders List: Since you mentioned that you have added the user to your trusted contacts, ensure that this is correctly set up. Sometimes, you might need to add the domain to the Safe Senders list as well.
    3. Email Filtering Rules: Double-check your Outlook rules to ensure there are no filters that might be diverting these emails to another folder or deleting them.
    4. Block List: Verify that the sender's email address or domain is not on your block list. If it is, remove it to allow emails to come through.
    5. Sender's Email Configuration: The issue might also be on the sender's side. They should check their email server settings to ensure that their emails are not being blocked or filtered out.
    6. Email Delivery Issues: If the sender's emails are not bouncing back and you are not receiving them, it could be a delivery issue. They might want to check if their email server is experiencing problems or if their domain is blacklisted.

If you have verified all these settings and the issue persists, it may be beneficial for both you and the sender to contact your respective email service providers for further assistance.
