I understand that you haven't receive any LinkedIn premium activation link even when you subscribed to Microsoft 365 premium for 12 months.
Right now, I suggest you wait for at least 24 hours for the activation link to be sent to you
After you have waited, check your Spam/Junk folders: This specific email often gets flagged by filters because it contains a unique activation link.
