Adding credits to iFax through the app

Question

I feel like iFax is holding our faxes for ransom. We have over 50 faxes that we can't get to unless we add credits in the app, but there is nowhere in the app to add credits or make in app purchases, only to upgrade

As far as i know, you can add credits via the iFax web app using this LINK.

After signing in, go to Setting -> Plan & Account, then add payment method.
