I recently had my computer in for service and when I got it home my internal D Drive (almost 1 TB) of storage is missing from my computer. I have run Disk Management and it fails to show when I check for other disks. I need this additional storage. Please help

Could you clarify whether the "D:" drive was a separate physical drive or a partition of the same drive as "C:"?
Also, share a screenshot of the drives in the "Disk drives" category of Device Manager.

When I first bought my I had a C Drive which had about 512 GB of space and a D Drive (internal HDD) that had about 1TB of space. Since the repair only the C drive shows up on anything.

Did you have any trouble taking or sharing a screenshot of the "Disk drives" category in Device Manager? I need it to see which drives are being detected by Windows.

David the C drive is still about that 512 GB with about 237 GB usable. Here is a screenshot of the drives. I have tried scanning for drives and nothing pops up. The drive is also not hidden (from what I can see)

Sorry. You shared a screenshot of Device Manager. While that's helpful, for your specific case, I need a screenshot of the "Disk drives" category of Device Manager.
While still in Device Manager, also check to see if there are any devices labeled "Unknown Device" or with any warning signs in the other categories.
Share a screenshot of what you find.

If an internal drive disappears from Device Manager after a repair, this usually indicates that the system is unable to detect it. The most common causes are a disconnected or poorly connected cable, a removed drive, a physical failure of the device itself, a disabled setting in the BIOS/UEFI, or a fault in the motherboard controller.
Is it a desktop or a laptop?
Can you open it to see if the D: drive is physically there and if it's properly connected?
