Sole Global Admin locked out of Teams tenant due to MFA issues - Please help reset MFA!

I recently signed up for a stand-alone Teams subscription but after changing the email from the Microsoft generated account to my own as the global admin, I stopped getting authentication prompts in MS Authenticator for this ID. Now, I can't sign in because I can't get past authentication. As mentioned in the title, I am the only Global Admin (currently, the only user).

How can I get help resetting MFA on this account so I can access Teams, please?
