If you're unable to log in to Excel with your Microsoft 365 account, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Password Reset: Since you've already changed your password, ensure that you're entering the new password correctly. If you continue to have issues, you might want to try resetting it again.
    2. Browser Issues: Sometimes, browser issues can prevent successful logins. Try logging in using InPrivate mode or clear your browser data. Alternatively, you can attempt to log in using a different web browser or device.
    3. Account Recovery: If you still cannot access your account, you may need to complete the recovery form to regain access. You can visit the Microsoft account recovery page to verify your ownership of the account.
    4. Contact Support: Since you expressed a need to speak with a person, you can contact Microsoft Support. You can do this by visiting the support page, selecting the product you need help with, and following the prompts to connect with a support agent. If you don’t have another account to use, consider creating a new one temporarily to reach out for support.

These steps should help you regain access to your Excel application and your Microsoft 365 account.
