Trusted Signing certificate issued with incorrect state in subject (Organization validation completed)

Question

We completed Organization identity validation successfully for our Trusted Signing account (BirdArtifactSigningAcct).

However, the issued certificate contains an incorrect State (S=Oklahoma) in the subject field. Our organization is registered in Ohio.

Validation completed successfully and no errors were shown.

We need guidance on:

1. How to correct the organization metadata used for certificate issuance
2. Whether we must re-run identity validation
3. Whether the certificate profile must be deleted and recreated

This is blocking proper publisher identity alignment.
