Are you sending the email from the same Outlook account to itself, or from another email address?
If it’s from the same account, Outlook may block or auto-filter it. This is normal sometimes.
Please check these folders:
- Junk / Spam
- Deleted Items
- Archive
- Other / Focused tab (if enabled)
Next, try this test:
Send yourself an email from a different account (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.).
Do you receive it?
