Our companies credit card currently on file will be cancelled at the end of this month. I have tried going on the website given and tried to call and speak to someone but I have had no luck. We do not want to loose our account. We have many vendors who contact us through our ******@cgod.org email and of course we need the use of the Microsoft products such as Micrsoft Word, Excel...ect. Microsoft 365 was purchased for use through a company that assisted us with the building and maintaining our Church's website. I was told they could not assist me with. After Feb. 28, 2026 the card will no longer work and will decline. How can I rectify this?

To speak to a live person at Microsoft regarding your account and billing issues, you can follow these steps:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Support page: Type "Get Help" in the search bar and open it.
    2. Contact Support: Click on the "Contact support" button at the bottom of the page.
    3. Select Product and Category: Choose the Microsoft 365 product you need help with.
    4. Follow the Prompts: Follow the on-screen prompts to connect with a live agent. Alternatively, you can select the "Call me back" option and provide your information so they can call you.

If you are still having trouble reaching a support agent, you can also try calling the Microsoft Customer Service and Technical Support at 1-800-642-7676.

It's important to address your billing issue before the card expires to avoid losing access to your account and services.
