My account was billed multiple times by Microsoft, resulting in my bank blocking the charges

My 360 account was supposed to be charged today for renewal ($106)

However, Microsoft kept double charging my card, so my bank blocked all charges. I have resolved this with my bank and want to ensure the charges are applied correctly to the same card.

MS Account is linked to email: [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]

Can someone please call me to resolve (automated system did not work)

Best regards,

I understand your account was due for renewal recently, but it was billed multiple times instead by Microsoft, resulting in your bank blocking the charges.

To resolve the issue of being billed multiple times by Microsoft, you should contact Microsoft Customer Service directly. Since your bank has blocked the charges, it's important to ensure that your account is set up correctly for future charges. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: You can reach out to Microsoft Support through their official support page. Look for the option to chat with a support agent or request a call back.
    2. Provide Details: When you contact support, provide them with your account details and explain the situation regarding the double charges and the bank blocking the transactions.
    3. Follow Up: After you submit your inquiry, keep track of any ticket number or reference number provided by the support team for follow-up.

Unfortunately, I cannot assist with account-specific issues directly, but contacting Microsoft Support will be your best option for resolving this matter.
