First, for the personal account, I can't log in to my account in Azure. It requires MFA, and I'm not receiving a notification in microsoft authenticator app.

There's no other way in the options to log in (even though I have a mobile and an email).

For my business account, it also requires MFA, but the account was deleted from the authenticator app,p and I can't log in, even to my mailbox

It sounds like you're facing significant challenges with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for both your personal and business accounts. Here are some steps you can take to regain access:

    1. Personal Account (Azure): Since you are not receiving notifications in the Microsoft Authenticator app, check if you have any alternative sign-in methods available. If not, you may need to contact Microsoft support for assistance in resetting your MFA settings. They can help verify your identity and restore access to your account.
    2. Business Account: If your account was deleted from the authenticator app and you cannot log in, you will need to contact your organization's admin to reset your MFA settings. If you are the only admin, you may need to reach out to Microsoft’s data protection team for help. They have processes in place to assist users in your situation.

For both accounts, ensure that you have the necessary information ready when contacting support, such as your account details and any error messages you are encountering.
