Downgrade rights for Windows Server software

I have a windows server 2022 essentials than I need to activate with a windows server 2025 license key. I need to Downgrade rights for Windows Server software.

I have not find any means to change my license key to a compatible license key 2022.

Seller is not giving support. It explicit said:

Please Note: As of  December 3, 2024, Lenovo is only permitted by Microsoft to distribute OS Downgrade kits associated with Windows Server 2022 and Windows Server 2025 Base OS licenses.

Downgrade Kits associated with Windows Server 2019 or prior versions are no longer available.
