Why is it impossible to contact anyone at MS in order to cancel my Office 365 subscription? I am at the point where I am blocking all future payments with my Credit Card Company. Maybe this will get some action from the support folks at MS.

    Hi, I'm John!

You usually don’t need to contact support to cancel Microsoft 365. You can do it directly from your account.

    • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services
    • Sign in with the Microsoft account you used for the subscription.
    • Look for your Microsoft 365 subscription and select "Manage".
    • Then choose "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts.

Once it's canceled, you may see an option to request a refund, if you're eligible, it’ll appear there automatically.

When you go to https://account.microsoft.com/services what do you see?. Do you see your subscription there or not?

Here is the problem... getting on a phone and actually talking with an actual human being is impossible. In my mind the system is rigged in such a way that it becomes insanely difficult to the point where most people give up and just let M$ just keep sucking $$ from us.
