I paid $99.99 3 times for Microsoft 365 and I'm looking for a refund for two out of the three charges.

Question

On Sept 10 2025, I know I paid $99.99 on Macy's American Express which I did not think went through. Then on Nov 13 2025, I paid $99.99 two additional times on a Citi Thank You Mastercard and each one I did not think went through, and later discovered that whole three went through and I only need one year at one of the charges for $99.99. I would like to be refunded $199.98 on my Citi Thank You Mastercard on the charges made on Nov 13 2025.

My membership for office 365 got extended to 2028 when I only wanted one year of the service. I would really appreciate a refund. Thank you. Please confirm.
