I do not have a computer anymore, but you charged me for a subscription on 2/20/26. I would like a refund but am unable to log in to my account because you say my computer has a virus.

    Hi,

When you said, "because you say my computer has a virus," what exact message are you seeing when you try to log in?

If that is a pop-up and it contains any link or instructions, please do not click or follow it. Also, if there is a phone number shown, do not call it.

Regarding the charges, you can log in to your Microsoft account using another device, such as your phone.

    Go to: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Sign in and check if the subscription shows as active. From there, select Manage > Cancel and review your refund eligibility.
