If your tenant has been blocked due to inactivity, you can reactivate it by following these steps:
- Contact Microsoft Support: The tenant administrator should reach out to Microsoft support for reactivation. You can find the global support phone numbers here.
- Wait for a Response: Do not submit another assistance request while your existing case is being processed. You will be contacted once a decision is made regarding your reactivation request.
If you do not plan to reactivate your tenant, keep in mind that it will be deleted after 20 days of being inactive and will not be recoverable.
