Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Microsoft Basic is mainly for cloud storage. Microsoft Personal is the full Microsoft 365 plan. Both plans are from Microsoft, but they are separate subscriptions.

If you have both active, you will be charged for both. You may need to cancel Microsoft Basic to avoid future charges:

    • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services
    • Sign in with the Microsoft account you used for the subscription.
    • Look for your Microsoft 365 subscription and select "Manage".
    • Then choose "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts.

Once it's canceled, you may see an option to request a refund, if you're eligible, it’ll appear there automatically.

I really hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
