How do I access a lost file in my documents section of my C drive? I thought it was saved and then had to shut down my laptop after it was frozen and now I lost what I was working on.

Hello. Were you working directly in the Office app or saving to a folder? Try checking File > Info > Manage Document > Recover Unsaved Documents in Word or Excel. Also check your Documents folder or OneDrive Recycle Bin if syncing was on. If the file isn’t there, it likely wasn’t saved before the shutdown.
