I tried to subscribe to my Microsoft 365 Personal account 10 days ago. Unfortunately, the subscription was activated successfully, but my laptop already has Microsoft Office basic software installed, so this subscription is not required.

Therefore, I kindly request you to cancel the subscription and refund the amount of INR 6,998 at the earliest.

Microsoft 365 Personal gives you full Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on your laptop. It lets you edit and save without limits. It also includes 1 TB of storage.

So even if Office is already installed, it still needs Personal to work fully.
