I am student who signed up for the Microsoft 365 Premium and LinkedIn Premium Career 12-month free promotion.

  1. My Microsoft 365 Premium subscription is active, but I have not received the LinkedIn Premium activation email.
  2. I have already checked your spam/junk folder and verified your student status successfully.

I am kindly requesting assistance in ensuring the LinkedIn Premium activation email is sent to your account. Tried calling - it hangs up on me saying to seek assistance here. Tried the chatbox - similar suggestion.

Thank you.

It seems you are experiencing issues with receiving the LinkedIn Premium activation email after signing up for the Microsoft 365 Premium and LinkedIn Premium Career promotion. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Verify Email Address: Ensure that the email address associated with your Microsoft 365 account is correct. Sometimes, activation emails are sent to a different email if there are multiple accounts.
    2. Check Email Settings: Make sure that your email settings allow for receiving promotional emails. Sometimes, settings can block certain types of emails.
    3. Contact Support: Since you've already tried calling and using the chatbox without success, you may want to try reaching out to Microsoft support through their official support channels for further assistance. They may be able to resend the activation email or provide additional troubleshooting steps.
    4. Wait for a While: Sometimes, there can be delays in sending activation emails. If you just signed up, it might take a little time for the email to arrive.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, continuing to seek assistance through Microsoft support is recommended.
