Can you right click on your Windows Settings > BLuetooth & devices > Devices. Scroll down a bit, in the "Device settings" section, do you see "Use LE Audio when available", if so, make sure it is turned on.

If you don't have the LE Audio available, then your computer is not compatible.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

If you haven't already, please make sure Bluetooth is turned off on all other nearby devices, like your phone, tablet, or another PC. Sometimes, the hearing aids connect to another device without you noticing.

Next, put your hearing aids into pairing mode. You can check your device manual for the exact steps if you’re not sure how to do this.

    Then, on your Windows PC:

    • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices
    • Turn Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on
    • Remove the hearing aids if they’re listed
    • Restart your PC
    • Try pairing them again

I really hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
