I keep getting the same 4 errors while gaming (primarily playing FIFA 23 but also other games). The display will go black and be unresponsive, the fans go loud, and the only thing I can do is press the power button and force shut down. I am using a Lenovo laptop with an AMD Ryzen 7 8845 HS processor and Radeon 780M Graphics with 16 GB of RAM. My drivers are up to date. This happens regardless of whether anything is connected either via USB or Bluetooth.

The errors are the following:

The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load.

Device: ROOT\SYSTEM\0001

Status: 0xC0000365

The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load.

Device: ROOT\SYSTEM\0002

Status: 0xC0000365

The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load.

Device: ACPI\AMDI0080\1

Status: 0xC0000365

The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load.

Device: USB\VID_04F3&PID_0C98\6&17c283d&0&4

Status: 0xC0000365

Hi Alex, since the issue persists, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade, which will update the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

Kindly follow the steps from this link:

Note: If the issue persists, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues.

Hi, I'm Bernard, a fellow Windows user. I'm happy to help!

Upon checking the error you have, this is an issue related to your graphics card driver. Which is your AMD graphics card driver. To fix the issue, kindly follow the steps below:

Let us run a clean installation of the AMD driver. This will remove all entries and replace them with compatible ones. Kindly follow the steps from the link below:

Step 1. Completely uninstall the AMD GPU Driver using the steps from this link:

    https://www.amd.com/en/resources/support-articles/faqs/GPU-601.html

Step 2. Reinstall the AMD Graphics driver using the steps from the link below:

Install the AMD Radeon and automatically detect the AMD driver:

I have been having the same problem when playing iRacing or DCS, I have the same error in my event viewer except my computer completely goes black then just reboots..

I hope we find a solution for this, I heard that ever sent some update a couple weeks ago that has been affecting games. Recent has this started doing it for you?
