Hello,

I'm unable to login into my Microsoft learn account. My account is linked to an email address that I no longer have access to. Can someone please assist with recovering my account?

Thanks,

If you are unable to access your Microsoft Learn account because the email address linked to it is no longer accessible, you will need to recover your account through the appropriate channels. Microsoft Learn does not manage login accounts directly, so you will have to recover access to your email account or use any alternate accounts you may have added to your profile.

Here are the steps you can take:

    1. If your account is a personal Microsoft account, you can follow the recovery process outlined in the Microsoft Account Recovery form.
    2. If it is a work or school account, you should contact your workplace or school IT administrator for assistance, as Microsoft cannot assist with recovery of work or school accounts.
    3. To avoid losing access in the future, consider adding a personal Microsoft account to your Learn profile using the "Add login account" feature in your profile settings.

Unfortunately, if you cannot recover your login account, you may lose access to your active certificates and any associated data in your Microsoft Learn profile.
