Unable to access Microsoft learn account

I'm unable to login into my Microsoft learn account. My account is linked to an email address that I no longer have access to. Can someone please assist with recovering my account?

If you are unable to access your Microsoft Learn account because the email address linked to it is no longer accessible, you will need to recover your account through the appropriate channels. Microsoft Learn does not manage login accounts directly, so you will have to recover access to your email account or use any alternate accounts you may have added to your profile.
