How to login my account after i take a block

Question

my account take a block because it hacked and attacker try to login but Microsoft security block him

but now i need to delete this block

Based on the screenshot you shared, this is a Microsoft account lock because the system detected activity that may violate the Microsoft Services Agreement.

You can unlock it by selecting "Next" to receive an SMS verification code. Enter the code to unlock the account and reset your password. If the account is still locked or you do not get the code flow, you may need to submit an account reinstatement review request (Account Reinstatement) via Microsoft’s official form.
