Does your laptop come with Realtek Audio chipset?
If you have Realtek Audio chipset, you may use DDU to completely clean up old Realtek Audio drivers before installing new one. It's best to run DDU on Safe Mode.
Then you may install "Realtek Audio Console", this is the application to manage the Realtek audio chipset built into your motherboard. You can install it by going to your motherboard's website or through the Microsoft Store.
