Azure Subscription Disabled - Support claims "cannot verify account" despite full approval from Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for advice on how to escalate a frustrating situation with Azure Support regarding our startup's sponsorship subscription.
The Situation:
Our company, Techsupport, was officially approved and onboarded into the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub. Our business entity and domain were fully verified by the Startups team.
Recently, our Azure subscription was suddenly Disabled without any prior warning or policy violation notices.
I opened a support ticket with the Account Review team. Their response was a generic template stating they "cannot verify the account."
The Dilemma: We are caught in a loop. The Microsoft for Startups team already verified our business legitimacy to grant us the sponsorship, but the Azure Security/Support team seems disconnected from this verification and is refusing to reinstate the account. I have even provided our latest Azure CSP invoice as proof of our ongoing partnership, but the issue remains unresolved.
Has anyone experienced this disconnect between the Founders Hub and Azure Support teams? Are there any specific escalation paths or contacts to break this loop and get a human to review the Startups verification?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, as this is heavily impacting our production environment.
