Hi,

I recently created a ticket for my issue (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5782807/outlook-not-receiving-incoming-emails?comment=answer-12606944&page=1#comment-2525313) but is it possible to create a ticket to have a specialist assist? I am not receiving incoming emails in my Outlook and I've tried numerous steps.

Thanks in advance,

    Hi @Kareem Culbertson

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To receive specialized assistance from the Microsoft support team, you can use one of the following options:

1/ Contact Microsoft Support via Phone

You can find the appropriate customer service phone numbers here: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

Please note: An AI system may initially handle your call. Kindly follow the prompts carefully to be connected to a human support agent.

2/ Ask your organization’s admin to raise a ticket

Your Global Admin can submit a support request through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.  For step-by-step guidance, please refer to: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

In the meantime, you can run a test using the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer to see if the results provide any helpful insights for further troubleshooting.

If you're not receiving incoming emails in Outlook, there are several troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Check Email Rules: Sometimes, rules can divert incoming emails to folders or the RSS feed. Verify if any rules are set that might be affecting your inbox.
    2. Update POP Settings: If you're using a POP account, ensure that the settings are correct. For example, changing the POP code from 993 to 995 has resolved similar issues for other users.
    3. Repair Outlook: You can try repairing the Office application to fix any potential issues. This can be done through the Control Panel.
    4. Check for Third-Party Interference: Some third-party applications may interfere with Outlook's ability to receive emails. Use tools like Process Monitor to identify any applications that may be accessing Outlook's files improperly.
    5. Create a New Outlook Profile: If the issue persists, creating a new Outlook profile can help. This involves removing the old profile and setting up a new one with your email account.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consider reaching out to Microsoft support for specialized assistance.
