    Hi,

Please note that here in the Microsoft Q&A forum, we are fellow users and do not have account access.

Please log in to your Microsoft account and go to Services & Subscriptions. Do you see the double charges there, and do they have the same description and amount?

If it’s a monthly payment, can you also check if a payment was made last month?

If there wasn’t enough money in your account last month, Microsoft will keep trying to take the payment. That’s why the missed payment and the next one might happen close together and look like a double charge.

See 'I've been charged twice': https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/i-ve-been-charged-twice-1370f860-c080-419a-8e77-a983389743a5

If you're sure you've been double charged, you can cancel the duplicate subscription by going to Manage Subscription to get the refund: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription-67dca30b-b323-44d5-acc2-e02f9902c472

If you need further help or would like to have this double-checked, I recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support directly so they can look into it. Processing this requires Personally Identifiable Information (PII), which should not be shared here to protect your privacy and security.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Make sure you are signed in to your active Microsoft account.

Type "Chat with an agent" and press Enter.

Click the "Contact support" button at the bottom.

Choose the Products and services for which you need help.

Follow the on-screen prompts to connect with a live agent.

Or, select the "Call me back" option and complete the information so they can call you.

If you were charged twice for the same Microsoft 365 subscription, the best course of action is to contact Microsoft Billing Support directly. Since this issue involves sensitive account information, the community forum cannot assist you with account-specific issues. Here are the steps you can follow to seek a refund for one of the charges:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Support page: Go to the Microsoft support site and sign in to your Microsoft account.
    2. Select Microsoft 365: Choose the Microsoft 365 product you need help with.
    3. Get Home Support: Click on "Get Home support" and describe your issue.
    4. Contact Support: Click on the "Contact Support" tab, then select "Billing and Payment updates" and confirm.
    5. Chat with a support agent: You can chat with a support agent in your web browser for assistance.

For detailed instructions on how to request a refund, you can also refer to the support article on getting a refund for a Microsoft subscription.
