Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Dear @株式会社NEW ART,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand how confusing licensing purchases can be, and I’m happy to guide you through the best way to resolve this.
To help me check this more accurately, could you please share screenshots of your Billing > Products page in the Microsoft 365 admin center (showing both subscriptions)?
First of all, I recommend you check if you can cancel the 90‑license subscription: Go to Microsoft 365 admin center > Billing > Your products > Select the subscription with 90 licenses and see if the Cancel option is available > If you’re able to cancel it, please proceed. For reference, please refer to Cancel your subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center
If the Cancel option is not available, Microsoft subscriptions can only be canceled within 7 days of purchase.
Therefore, since the button is disabled or the 7‑day window has passed, please create a billing support ticket in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center so a Microsoft billing agent can cancel the subscription for you. For reference: For reference: Get support | Microsoft Docs
Note: Please understand that cancel subscriptions and refund request things need approval from Billing Team.
Secondly, regarding your existing licenses, if you want to add licenses to your existing subscription.
- Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center > select Subscriptions/Billing > Your products page.
- Select the subscription that you want to change > On the subscription details page, select Buy licenses.
- To change the number of licenses, under New quantity in the Total licenses box, enter the total number of licenses that you want for this subscription. For example, if you have 80 licenses and you want to add 10 more, enter 90. You will receive a bill for these additional licenses within one or two days > Select Save.
- This adds 10 additional licenses, and all 90 licenses will share the same expiration date (June 27, 2026), making management much easier.
- For reference, please refer to Buy or remove licenses for a Microsoft business subscription
Additionally, to renew and extend after June 27, 2026, just turn Recurring billing ON for that subscription. When enabled, Microsoft will automatically renew all 90 licenses at renewal time.
- Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center> go to the Billing > Your products page.
- Select the subscription that you want to manage > On the subscription details page, select Edit recurring billing > In the Edit recurring billing pane, select On, then select Save.
- For reference: Manage recurring billing in the Microsoft 365 admin center

I hope the information shared helps point you in the right direction. Please try the steps above and let me know if they work. If not, we can continue working together to narrow this down.
The first response may not always resolve the issue right away, but with your help and more details, we can work toward a solution.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. I'm looking forward for your reply.
