I'm being charged for a microsoft free trial since October 2025 on a mastercard ending in 7820 for Ashley Roberts. I have several different emails and can't seem to find the subscription to cancel. One email I have is ******@live.com, ******@gmail.com, or ******@hotmail.com. Please cancel this subscription.

To cancel your Microsoft subscription, you will need to sign in to the Microsoft account associated with the subscription. Since you mentioned having multiple emails, try signing in with each of them to locate your subscription. Here are the steps to follow:

    1. Go to account.microsoft.com/services.
    2. Use the email addresses you have (e.g., your @live.com, @gmail.com, or @hotmail.com email) to sign in.
    3. Once signed in, look for the subscription under Services & subscriptions.
    4. Click on Manage next to the subscription you want to cancel.
    5. If you see the option to Cancel subscription, select it and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

If you are unable to find the subscription or need further assistance, you may want to contact Microsoft support directly for help with your account.
