Hello,
My account has been hacked and they have taken all of my info. I am trying to recover my email. I am able to login, delete forwarding emails, delete all rules, but still of my incoming emails are instantly deleted. Can you help fix this? I have tried support but nobody has been able to fix it.

Unfortunately, it was not able to fix the issue. I tried to click the link at the bottom where it says: Visit this website: Contact – Microsoft. However, this when I load the link it says "This Conversation has Closed".

That link is to continue an existing Support Session. I think you want to start a new one.
