everytime I entered the bank details, the system prompts me to check all details to make sure it's correct or change a card. so changed three cards. just do not work. very annoying, so painful. and I tried to get help online, it's all pre-set problems, there is no place where I can tell MS what my problem is. such a bad user interface. everybody is complaining MS product sucks. another frustrating user here.

and when I tried to post this, it ask me to choose from the choices of the parent box and child box below this dialogue box, which I have no clue what I should choose. so choose something random.

hope this message gets to client service desk.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and to add to the above, if your card is up to date and you have also verified that it is working for other purchase that you made online you can reach out to the support team at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/ and then click on Microsoft 365 and then click Get Home Support and then type in Billing question and click the blue button that says Sign in to contact Support and login and proceed from there. Kindly take note that the forum does not have access to user accounts to be able to check this billing side of things.

It sounds like you're experiencing significant frustration with payment issues on your Microsoft account. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve the payment problems:

    1. Check Card Details: Ensure that the card details you are entering (card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address) match exactly what is on file with your bank. Any discrepancies can lead to payment rejections.
    2. Payment Method Restrictions: Make sure that the payment methods you are trying to use are accepted in your region. Some cards, especially virtual or prepaid cards, may not be accepted.
    3. Bank Restrictions: Contact your bank to verify that there are no restrictions on your cards or PayPal account that could prevent transactions from going through.
    4. Use a Different Payment Method: If you have multiple payment methods, try using a different one. Sometimes, switching to another card or payment option can resolve the issue.
    5. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you mentioned difficulty finding help online, you can reach out to Microsoft Customer Service directly. They can assist you with account-specific issues that cannot be resolved through general troubleshooting.

To contact Microsoft Support, you can visit the Microsoft Support page and follow the prompts to get help with your billing issues.

If you continue to face challenges, it may be helpful to provide specific error messages or codes you receive when trying to make payments, as this information can assist support in diagnosing the issue more effectively.
