Trying to leave NYCDOE from Azure for years, but I can't, and their support never responds. The error suggests I'm logging in, but the account automatically defaults to NYCDOE, and then my access is denied. So, I'm stuck at the login loop. At some point, I was able to access tenant management via the browser's incognito mode, but I can't seem to leave or delete the tenant. Can someone from MS Azure support delete a tenant (NYCDOE) for me?
Now I'm consistently getting this error from Azure login: Error message: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity.
