authenticator app is linked to account for admin to login, but can't login and no other login options

I try to login but it's asking me for my code on the authenticator app or to verify through the authenticator app, but I am the only admin, and unable to login. I've reset my password several times, but still cannot access my account, as the authenticator app code or verification are the only two options it's giving me, and the account was deleted from my Authenticator app and is now greyed out and won't work). @Sridevi Machavarapu

Thank you!

    Hello Jillyn Kaufman,

The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.

To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
