AD user cannot login or access smb shares getting restriction error

Hi Team,

An AD user is trying to access SMB Share and try to login , he is getting an error that account is restricted to login, we have validated the account there is not logon hours restriction also , login is allowed for all computers. No policy is there to deny the user logon , he is not part of any layering setup group . This issue is very strange, could you suggest if you have come across the similar issue.

    Hi Sakthi,

    Where is the SMB share is it NAS device or Window share? Can you run a wireshark or netmon trace and provide the logs link?
