When you change your motherboard, Windows may not reactivate automatically due to the significant hardware change. Here are some steps you can take to try to resolve the issue:

    1. Use the Activation Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation, and select "Troubleshoot". If prompted, select "I changed hardware on this device recently" and follow the instructions.
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft Account: Ensure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account that was used to activate Windows previously. This account should have the digital license linked to it.
    3. Check Device List: Make sure your previous device is still listed under your Microsoft account. If it has been removed, it may complicate the reactivation process.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support: If the above steps do not work, contacting Microsoft support may be necessary. They can assist in reactivating your license by verifying your account and the associated digital license.
    5. Consider Product Key: If you have a product key from your original purchase, you can try entering it to activate Windows again.

Keep in mind that if your Windows was upgraded from a previous version, there may be additional restrictions on reactivation after hardware changes.

Where did you get your Windows licence was that pre-installed on the PC or did you purchase a full retail Windows licence direct from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer, and if so, do you have the product key?

Or is your Windows licence based on a previous Windows 7 or 8 licence?

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog
