I sumitted answers as requested, but I got the same system generated generic response.
Previous Day's Emails have Vanished
I posted a question about emails disappearing etc earlier, received generated answer. None of the suggestions worked.
I would like further assistance from the team please.

2026-02-25T14:02:52.2666667+00:00 I am using hotmail app on my android phone. I eventually located some of the messages in the 'flagged' folder that have been swiped from the inbox. However, I cannot open them or move them back to my inbox. After using the search option I found others, but again, I cannot move them back to the inbox. Hopes this helps.

- When you sign in directly at https://outlook.live.com using a browser (not the Android app), do the missing emails from the previous day appear there?
Have you already checked:
- Junk Email and the Other tab (Focused Inbox)
- Deleted Items on Outlook.com, including “Recover items deleted from this folder”
- Inbox rules that might move or delete messages automatically
Your answers will help determine whether this is related to the Outlook Android app or to how messages are being handled in the mailbox.
