Registrations now getting stuck at processing

I have the professional licence and as of yesterday, all my webinar registrations are stuck in processing , this has never happened before, how do I fix this.

    3. Have you tried using another device with the same account to check whether the issue still occurs? 
    4. You mentioned that you have a Professional license. Could you please clarify exactly which license this is?‌
