Go to Windows Settings, Apps, Startup. Find that app in the list and disable it. Also, next to "Off" switch, there is a small icon. Click on it. It will start File explorer in a folder where that file is.

Somehow I have got a Chinese popup (UAC) that appears during the startup process on my Laptop. I do not trust this so want to remove it from my system. However, I cannot find it to uninstall it. Can you help please?
