My Refund Failed, how to get refund

Hello, My Microsoft 365 subscription was charged on 13 Feb 2026 (98 MYR via Celcom mobile billing). I cancelled the subscription on 14 Feb 2026 (within 24 hours).

The system shows “Refund failed” and the charge is reflected in my Celcom bill.

I believe I am eligible for a refund since I cancelled immediately after renewal. Please assist with manual refund processing or refund to Microsoft account balance.

Thank you.

To address your issue with the failed refund for your Microsoft 365 subscription, it is recommended to contact Microsoft Customer Support directly for assistance. Since you canceled your subscription shortly after the renewal, you may be eligible for a refund. Here are the steps you can take:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: You can visit the Microsoft Support website and follow the prompts to get in touch with a support agent. Choose the Microsoft 365 category and describe your billing issue.
    2. Check Refund Eligibility: You can refer to the Microsoft support article on how to get a refund for a subscription, which outlines the process and eligibility criteria for refunds.
    3. Manual Refund Request: If the automated system fails, explicitly request a manual refund from the support agent, explaining your situation clearly.

It's important to have your account details and any relevant transaction information ready when you contact support to expedite the process.
