It seems you are experiencing issues with recognizing your Asus Desktop PC in the Microsoft application after optimizing it, while your HP Laptop with Windows 10 is recognized without problems. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Check Network Settings: Ensure that both PCs are connected to the same network and that network discovery is enabled on the Asus Desktop.
    2. Update Drivers: Make sure that all drivers, especially network drivers, are up to date on your Asus Desktop.
    3. Windows Settings: Go to Settings > System > About and check if your device is properly registered with your Microsoft account. You may need to sign in again.
    4. Norton Configuration: Since you mentioned Norton Commander, ensure that it is configured correctly to recognize the Asus Desktop. You might need to refresh or re-scan your network in Norton.
    5. Reboot Devices: Sometimes, a simple restart of both PCs can resolve recognition issues.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
