No, not in deleted files. Very hard to work without those missing emails. Don't know which Child tag is appropriate

    • Are you using New Outlook desktop app or Classic Outlook desktop app?
      • New Outlook UI:
      • User's image
      • Classic Outlook UI:
      • User's image
    • Are the missing emails in one folder, multiple folders, or most of your mailbox?
    • Does this happen on one device only, or every other device you sign in?
    • Are other people in the same organization with you experiencing similar issues?

If emails have disappeared from your folders in Outlook, it may be due to a filter applied to the folder's view settings. This can cause items to be hidden rather than deleted. To resolve this issue, you can check and modify the filtering options in the folder settings. Here’s how to do it:

    1. In Outlook, go to the View tab in the ribbon.
    2. In the Current View area, select View Settings.
    3. Click on Filter and review the tabs for any selections that might be filtering out specific messages, such as date received, keywords, or read/unread status.

Adjusting these settings should help you see the missing emails again.
