I live in Thailand and have for more than 5 years. I want my bill in THB. HOW do I get it into THB?

Hello, I’m Quinn and I’m here to help!

Microsoft does not allow you to directly change the billing currency of an active subscription. The billing currency is tied to the country/region where the subscription was originally purchased and cannot be modified while it is active.

If your subscription was purchased under a different country, it will continue to renew in that currency. To have your subscription billed in Thai Baht (THB), you would need to:

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services
    2. Turn off recurring billing or cancel the current subscription
    3. Wait until the subscription fully expires
    4. On the left, click Your Info, make sure your Microsoft account country/region is set to Thailand
    5. On the left, click Payment options, add a Thai payment method with a Thailand billing address
    6. Repurchase Microsoft 365 — it should now bill in THB

Please note that region changes may be restricted if there is an active subscription, which is why it must expire first.
