I am trying to enable the transctip option in my teams accout. I am a private user (******@outlook.com). I purched Microsoft 365 Premium and I see only the option of recording and not transcription.

The transcript option is not available with Teams Personal subscription. This feature requires a business subscription.
Microsoft 365 Personal, Family and Premium subscription enables meeting recording option in Teams Personal, but transcription is not enabled.
how can I get support ??
