If you tried to sign in and received a message that your account is locked, and you have 2FA enabled, you can use the Account Reinstatement form instead.
You cannot use the Account Recovery form when 2FA is enabled.
Submit an Account Reinstatement form to the Microsoft account digital safety team to review the reasons why your account was disabled and help reinstate if possible.

If you are verified, instructions on how to log back into your account will be sent to you, and if you are not verified, you will need to submit the Account Reinstatement form again. You can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.
