    Hi @Raman Arora

Based on the screenshot you shared, it appears that the Granular Delegated Admin Privileges (GDAP) relationship may have either expired or been unintentionally removed. When this happens, your partner loses the delegated access they previously had, which prevents them from performing admin actions on your tenant.

At this point, even if your partner sends a new GDAP relationship request, you would still need to sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center in order to review and accept it. Unfortunately, since you're currently unable to access the admin center at all, you won’t be able to complete that step.

Given the situation, as your partner also mentioned, the most direct and effective path forward at this stage is to contact Microsoft Support. You can reach out to them through: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

(Note: When you call the support number, you may hear an introduction of about 30 seconds such as "you can visit the link...". You can ignore this introduction and wait until you are presented with the options. Then press "1" as a business email user, and again "1" for technical help.)

Contact Microsoft business support via telephone. You need to talk to the Data Protection Team.

    Hi @Raman Arora

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

In most cases, the person who originally purchased the Microsoft 365 business subscription and set up the tenant for the very first time becomes the Global Administrator. That account is the one that has access to the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Regular users in the organization typically do not have admin permissions, so they won’t be able to sign in to the admin portal unless an existing admin assigns them an appropriate admin role.

You mentioned that “the person who set this up has no access as well”. To better understand what might be happening, could you please share a screenshot of the exact error message that this person sees when trying to sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center? (Please ensure no sensitive information like email addresses or tenant IDs is visible.)

The error message will help me determine whether this is related to permissions, authentication/MFA issues, account lockout, or something else entirely. Once I have a bit more information, I’ll be able to better understand your situation, look into it more thoroughly, and suggest the most appropriate next steps.

So, if you have any updates or additional details to share, please feel free to leave a comment under this post, I’ll be more than happy to continue assisting you.

Thank you for taking the time, and I’m looking forward to your reply!
