How can I reach support, if login to azure fails?
How can I check support ticket status, if login fails?

• Open a support ticket in Microsoft Azure portal does not work, because Azure portal access requires login, but I see a blue screen with: Error code: interaction_required after login
• Troubleshoot sign-in issues and account access problems does not work, because if I select Azure, after navigating to the support page link, I see a blue Screen with: Error code: interaction_required

If I call the hotline, the bot hangs up, after directing me to a support page, which is not helpful (s. above)
