The error message you are encountering, "interaction_required: AADSTS16000", indicates that your user account does not exist in the tenant you are trying to access. This typically happens when the account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant or if there is a mismatch in the account being used.

Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Sign Out and Sign In Again: Make sure to sign out of all Microsoft accounts and clear your browser's cache and cookies. Then, sign back in with the correct Azure Active Directory user account that has access to the tenant.
    2. Check Account Status: If you have multiple accounts, ensure that you are using the correct one that is associated with your Azure subscription.
    3. Contact Support: If you are unable to access the support portal due to the error, you may need to reach out to Azure support through other means, such as social media or community forums, to get assistance with your account.

If the issue persists, it may be beneficial to follow up with the Azure support team to ensure your account is properly configured and has the necessary permissions to access the services you need.
