If you purchased Office directly from Microsoft, log into your Microsoft account on this link, do you find the Microsoft 365 subscription, or Office licence listed there, and if so, are you able to download and install Office from there.

If you do not find the Office licence/subscription listed on your account, go to the Billing and purchases section, do you see your payment listed there, and if so is it indicated that purchase has been successfully processed.

If you have purchased Microsoft Office but do not have a record of your purchase, there are a few steps you can take to try to recover your information:

    1. Check Your Email: Look for any confirmation emails from Microsoft regarding your purchase. This email usually contains your order details and product key.
    2. Microsoft Account: Log into your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com to see if your purchase is listed under your services. This will show you any subscriptions or licenses associated with your account.
    3. Purchase History: If you purchased Office through a retailer or online store, check your purchase history on that platform (like Amazon, Best Buy, etc.) to find your order details.
    4. Contact Support: If you still cannot find your purchase information, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance. They may be able to help you retrieve your purchase details based on your account information.

These steps should help you regain access to your Microsoft Office package.
