Dear Microsoft support team,

I'm currently using Redmi note 12 Turbo running on Hyper OS 3.0.1.0. I have tried to sign in one of your apps but after filling my email address, there was not any content on the screen but three links at the bottom, which were not functional at all. I tried signing in on other apps or even on the website from Microsoft but it did not work well, even though I used Phone link to by pass the sign in step but the bug still occurred.

It would be helpful if you guys can tell me what exactly is the problem and tell be some useful advise of how to fix it.

Thank you for your assistance.

It seems like you are experiencing issues with signing into Microsoft applications on your Redmi Note 12 Turbo. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check for Updates: Ensure that your device's operating system and the Microsoft applications are up to date. Sometimes, bugs are fixed in newer versions.
    2. Clear Cache and Data: Go to your device's settings, find the Microsoft app you are trying to use, and clear its cache and data. This can help resolve issues caused by corrupted data.
    3. Reinstall the App: Uninstall the Microsoft app and then reinstall it from the official app store. This can help if the app installation was corrupted.
    4. Check Network Connection: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue persists.
    5. Try Different Sign-in Methods: If possible, try signing in using a different method (e.g., using a web browser instead of the app).
    6. Disable Security Software: If you have any security or VPN apps running, try disabling them temporarily to see if they are interfering with the sign-in process.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be beneficial to contact Microsoft support for further assistance, especially if this is a persistent problem across multiple apps.
